Data and methodology

Federal notices come from the official public Get Opportunities API. Records retain source links, retrieval times and observed revisions. The initial posted-date coverage is September 15–October 14, 2026. This is not the complete inventory of active federal contracts. The API supplies current versions; our history begins with collection.

State and local notices

Coverage includes NYC City Record and selected notices from Catawba County and Purcellville. These are selected sources, not comprehensive nationwide coverage. NYC published notices can contain placeholder deadlines, postponements or login-only attachments; these are not treated as verified open.

USAspending and award notices

Historical award records are separate from open opportunities. Similar agency names or keywords do not establish a confirmed association between an opportunity and an award.

Review status

Source-backed facts and complete-package checks are different. A future deadline or an active source flag does not establish open competition. Verified-open checks require the notice, available amendments, dates and participation restrictions to agree. They expire after 24 hours unless renewed. Missing or conflicting evidence remains unconfirmed. Checks may be performed with automated tools and AI assistance; they are not a certification by the issuing agency or a guarantee of vendor eligibility.

Restricted attachments and sources without permission for automated access are excluded from collection. Always check the original agency notice before preparing or submitting a bid. Report corrections through support.
