Research service

Bid Atlas helps you research government procurement notices, issuing agencies and historical awards. Listings can change, and some information is incomplete. Check the original announcement, qualification requirements and bid submission instructions before acting. We do not submit bids for you or guarantee eligibility, an award or a contract outcome.

Accounts and access

Your sign-in account may also be used by other Loopline database products. A Bid Atlas subscription provides access to Bid Atlas only. Keep your sign-in links private and use only information and accounts you are authorized to access. Current plans do not include multiple user seats.

Subscriptions and cancellation

The pricing page and Stripe Checkout show the selected plan, currency and monthly charge. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. New subscriptions are available on the Starter plan at $49 per month. Manage your subscription through Manage subscription in your workspace; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, as shown in the billing portal. Access depends on a valid Bid Atlas subscription and its current service period.

Read the refund policy and billing contact information before purchasing. Cancellation and a refund are separate actions; cancellation does not itself issue a refund.

Source materials

Use the database and exports for authorized research. Source materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable source restrictions. Inclusion in Bid Atlas does not grant permission to republish third-party content. Historical award records describe past awards, not open solicitations.
